What if I’m not sure what I need — is this still a good place to start?

I don’t need therapy — can I still book life coaching with you?

Yes — absolutely. While I’m trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy, this session is entirely coaching-based not therapy. If you're navigating mild anxiety, overthinking, or a life transition and want support without committing to a full program or therapy process, this is designed for you. It’s practical, science-informed, and tailored to where you are right now.

Is this session right for me if I’ve never done coaching or therapy before?

Yes — you don’t need any prior experience. I’ll guide you through it gently and clearly, with questions designed to meet you where you are. You’ll leave with clarity, calm, and a grounded sense of direction.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy — and which one do I need?

Coaching is forward-focused. It supports you to understand what’s getting in the way and how you can actively engage in making meaningful change — especially when something in your life feels off, unclear, or harder than it should.

Therapy often involves long-term emotional healing or clinical diagnosis.

This session is coaching-based, informed by neuroscience & Positive Psychology Coaching and my training in Strategic Psychotherapy — but it is not therapy.
