I notice you have a menopause focus. Do you only work with women?

Not at all. While supporting women in midlife is a core part of my work, I also coach men navigating career shifts, emotional burnout, relationships, and identity changes.

Menopause may be part of my specialty — but transition is universal.

Do men really get manopause? Is it a thing?

Yes — although it’s often misunderstood. Some men experience a midlife shift known as andropause, marked by hormonal changes, fatigue, emotional flatness, and libido or sleep issues. It’s real, but often ignored.

You’re not imagining it — and you don’t have to push through it alone.

I’m traveling well through menopause, don’t need therapy but feel like I need some coaching with you. Can we work together and if so, how?

Absolutely. If you’re not in crisis but feel ready to grow, clarify, or reset — coaching is a great fit. Together, we’ll explore what’s shifting and design a way forward that’s grounded in neuroscience, choice, and self-trust.

I’m a man struggling through a few midlife things — can you coach me?

Yes, I can — and I do. Whether you’re facing burnout, relationship strain, emotional overload, or just a sense of “what now?”, coaching can help you reframe and regroup. You’ll have a space that’s practical, safe, and entirely tailored to you.

I notice that you have a focus on peri-to post menopause. Do you only work with women?

Anxiety, procrastination and body weight issues impact both men AND women, so I work with both. Yes, I am certified to support women through menopause, including the Big Three, however, I do work with men. Of course, only women go through menopause, but you would be surprised how many men - partners and employers - also want to know how to support women through this transitional journey. Menopause can also bring to light all sorts of changes within an intimate relationship, so having a coach to guide both partners through the unknown is very helpful.

I can relate to the Big Three but I want to ignore anything to do with perimenopause!! Would that be okay?

I love this question. Yes, I will join you in that happy space and we can focus on the Big Three with no mention of what you don't want me to mention!
