Book a 1:1 strategy session. If you choose to continue into this package, your $275 session fee will be credited toward the full 6-session fee.

What’s different about this package — and what can we actually work on?

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a cookie-cutter coaching program either. It’s a neuroscience-informed process that blends strategic coaching and (if you choose) Clinical Hypnotherapy. Over six sessions, we work gently but powerfully with what’s really going on — whether you’re facing burnout, overthinking, the grief of a breakup, becoming an empty nester, or quietly grieving a life that didn’t unfold the way you hoped. We focus on shifting the patterns that keep you stuck, and building new ways of thinking and feeling that actually feel like you. Because real change takes time, this package gives you the space to go deeper — and come out lighter.

Why does coaching over time matter — can’t I just book one session when I need it?

A single session can bring clarity — and it’s a great place to begin. But meaningful change takes more than insight. Ongoing coaching gives you space to practise new skills, explore fresh perspectives, and grow self-trust in real time. You won’t just get support — you’ll uncover unexpected insights that change how you think, feel, and move through the world. Over six sessions, we’re not just solving problems — we’re rewiring the way you meet them, so your growth is grounded, lasting, and truly yours.

I’m keen to invest in the full 6-session package, but I don’t want to book them all at once. Can I spread them out?

Absolutely. Many clients prefer to take things one step at a time. You’re welcome to book your first few sessions and schedule the remaining ones when you’re ready. The structure is flexible — we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
