Before founding Pause, With Pip, I spent nearly two decades teaching and mentoring young people — and earlier in life, I worked as a birth doula and a government-funded sex education facilitator. These roles gave me a rare, intimate view of the emotional shifts, identity changes, and nervous system stressors that shape us from adolescence to midlife and beyond.
That through-line has never changed: I’ve always worked with people in transition.
