I notice that you have a focus on peri-to post menopause. Do you only work with women?

Anxiety, procrastination and body weight issues impact both men AND women, so I work with both. Yes, I am certified to support women through menopause, including the Big Three, however, I do work with men. Of course, only women go through menopause, but you would be surprised how many men  - partners and employers - also want to know how to support women through this transitional journey. Menopause can also bring to light all sorts of changes within an intimate relationship, so having a coach to guide both partners through the unknown is very helpful.

I don't need therapy, but I would like you to coach me. Can I just have life coaching?

Absolutely! Our sessions are bespoke. Whatever you want to achieve, and however I can guide you to have your success - that's what we do. You let me know how you would like to work and I design your transformation plan to align with you.

I can relate to the Big Three but I want to ignore anything to do with perimenopause!! I'm happy in denial. Would that be ok?

I love this question. Yes, I will join you in that happy space and we can focus on the Big Three with no mention of what you don't want me to mention!

I'm keen to invest in myself for the full 6 session package but don't want to book all of them at once. Can I do a few sessions and then book the last few later on?

Yes. In fact, I recommend booking the first 3 or 4 one week apart then leaving the last couple of sessions for a longer gap. But we can discuss and design your plan to suit your individual needs.
